01Watari · The First Ward
The proposed access foundation: identity verification, strong authentication, encrypted transport and storage, device awareness, recovery safeguards, and immutable event records.
- Passkey and multi-factor readiness
- Session and trusted-device review
- Recovery that resists social engineering
- Least-privilege administrative access
02Ardyn · The Watchful Eye
Reviewable signals for unusual activity. Ardyn is conceived as decision support for trained guardians—not an unquestionable oracle and not a substitute for member consent or required investigation.
03Authentication & Recovery
Recovery would use layered evidence, cooling-off periods for high-risk changes, member notifications, and human escalation. No representative should ask for a password, full card PIN, or one-time authentication code.
04Recognize and report fraud
Stop contact, do not move money at a stranger’s direction, preserve messages, and report suspected fraud through the Fraud Hall. If funds at another institution may be at risk, contact that institution immediately.
